- In 2006, Superior Mortgage earned the #1 Lending Tree Top Performance in Refinance. The official Lending Tree press release read, "We are pleased to announce that Superior Mortgage Corp. is the proud recipient of the 2005-2006 Lending Tree Top Performance Award in the refinance category. This top award is presented to the one lender that demonstrates the highest level in customer service and loan closing. We believe our greatest strength is in our people who give their personalized service and expert advice to each and every customer. Superior's goal is always to provide our customers with affordable financing and favorable terms with fewer demands on their time and patience. This continues to validate our position as leaders and innovators in the lending industry.
- If you drive by the Tuckerton offices today, you will see two Superior Mortgage buildings. In 2006, Superior opened a brand new Accounting office. Over the past few years, the Tuckerton location, like the Hammonton location, had been growing by leaps and bounds. The Accounting Department had moved to an off site location because we ran out of office space in the Tuckerton building. The new building allowed the Accounting Department to return to Tuckerton, give us additional space for other employees, and much needed storage space.
- Superior Mortgage celebrates their 20th Anniversary.
- Superior Mortgage opens up a Human Resources Department.
- Superior Mortgage starts a new reverse mortgage department.
- The Retail Department opened a Delaware office in the Fall of 2006.
- Superior Mortgage joins the Delaware First Time Buyer Program in June 2007.
